Yeah, even the ones from brands claiming “handcrafted in the USA.” We’re not here to sugarcoat anything. We’re here to give you the truth: our wheels are made and shipped to you from overseas, with no nonsense or marketing smoke and mirrors.

We cater to thousands of different cars which span across 35+ makes, 200+ models, and countless generations within each model. If your car isn’t listed, it’s either too rare or too boring (just kidding—but double-check with us because we can likely still build a wheel for your car).

Nope, and unlike all of the other brands out there (yes....even that one you're thinking of), we’re not going to pretend that they are. We work with the same trusted manufacturers overseas who not only know their stuff, but also supply for all of the other steering wheel companies out there. Transparency is kind of our thing!

However, you'll quickly find that there are hundreds of suppliers/manufacturers out there to choose from - how will you know which ones are good unless you order something from each one?

With our near-decade of experience in this specific industry, we know the exact suppliers to use for each steering wheel because some factories specialize in specific makes and models so their products are leagues better than others.

We also have bilingual American staff on the ground in China to help with quality control and ensuring that your order is built correctly, and without the language barrier getting in the way.

You've got a 24-hour grace period to make changes or cancel. After that, your order is locked in and production begins. For 95% of the products offered on our website, turnaround time will be around 5-8 weeks (4-6 weeks for production, and another 1-2 weeks for shipping to you from the factory).

For a small percent of orders, especially if we're building something for you that is not on the website, there will be an extra 1-2 weeks in the beginning for when we buy an OEM wheel that matches yours and send it overseas for the factory to turn into your beautiful new wheel!

Yes! Just keep in mind that shipping times and costs vary. We cover the shipping cost for worldwide shipping, but you are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

We do offer expedited shipping! Do keep in mind that the build process itself can't be expedited, only the shipping portion after the build is done

We use reliable carriers like DHL, UPS, and USPS, depending on the shipping service that you select upon checkout

If you live in Antarctica or some other far-off land, let’s talk before you order. Otherwise, we've got you covered as long as major shipping carriers service your country!

We will be providing you with regular updates on your order via email during the build process.

Being an e-commerce based steering wheel customization broker (we just made this name up on the spot, how'd we do?), we do not have a physical brick-and-mortar location.

It should not since you will be simply replacing the metal frame that holds your OEM steering wheel components together. All electronics, buttons, wiring, and safety equipment (airbag) will be your OEM parts transferred onto the new steering wheel.

Yes, but we're not magicians so there's a limit! We can build heating into almost any steering wheel, but it will only work if your car already has heating in the OEM steering wheel

You’ve got 24 hours to make changes. After that, it’s too late to tweak your masterpiece since it'll be in production already

Alcantara: soft, sporty, and lightweight. Leather: classic, durable, and luxurious. Both are awesome—it’s all about your vibe.

Long story short, we offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, but not for other reasons. If something’s inherently wrong with the product, we’ll fix it.

Just wipe it down occasionally. For Alcantara, use a soft brush or damp cloth. For carbon fiber, keep it clean with a microfiber.

We’re open to cool ideas. Leave a note with some reference photos in your order, and we’ll let you know if we can make it happen.

All custom products are final sale, but if there’s a real issue, we’ll work with you to make it right.
